Tomex delivers top quality whole salmon and salmon cuts at competitive prices. We make stringent demands of the freshness, colour and fat content of our products. With self-administered inspection of our suppliers, cold-storage facilities and shipping agents, we take a first-hand interest in ensuring that our salmon is always of the highest quality and that it is delivered right on time. From the salmon fisheries, entire lots are transported to Padborg, Denmark. Via reputable shipping agents, the goods are then distributed through Europe to our customers in the catering, hotel, and restaurant businesses as well as in the industry and retail sectors.
Tomex can offer fresh and frozen salmon fillets in various trims, Ranging from trim A to trim E. We produce fillets by hand or machine. We have access to top-modern production facilities, ISO 9002 approved, where we produce a full range of fillets and value added products.
