Tomex delivers top quality whole salmon and salmon cuts at competitive prices. We make stringent demands of the freshness, colour and fat content of our products. With self-administered inspection of our suppliers, cold-storage facilities and shipping agents, we take a first-hand interest in ensuring that our salmon is always of the highest quality and that it is delivered right on time. From the salmon fisheries, entire lots are transported to Padborg, Denmark. Via reputable shipping agents, the goods are then distributed through Europe to our customers in the catering, hotel, and restaurant businesses as well as in the industry and retail sectors.
In order to be able to deliver the desired product, we strive to gain the greatest possible insight into each of our customers' production situations and the end-products they desire. This makes it possible for us to supply products that can be employed directly in production. In turn, this enables our customers to minimise their own work procedures and equipment demands and thus achieve a greater overall degree of productivity.
